The QEII Centre is situated in central London, in the shadow of Big Ben and Westminster Abbey.
The Centre is served by outstanding transport links providing easy access to everything London has to offer and is within an hour’s transfer from five international airports.
There are three mainline rail stations within a mile of the venue. To plan your journey from the other mainline terminals in central London including King’s Cross, Paddington, Liverpool Street and London Bridge, use the TfL journey planner.
Charing Cross (0.7 miles)
Exit the front of the station and turn left towards Trafalgar Square, and left again down Whitehall. Continue to Parliament Square, follow it around to the right and turn right onto Broad Sanctuary. The venue will be on your right, opposite Westminster Abbey.
Victoria (0.7 miles)
Exit the front of the station, walk across the bus stand area and turn right onto Victoria Street. Continue until you reach Westminster Abbey. The venue is on your left, opposite the Abbey.
Waterloo (1 mile)
Exit the station onto York Road. Turn left and walk to the roundabout. Cross York Road and cross Westminster Bridge Road on your right to Parliament Square. Follow it around to the right and turn right again onto Broad Sanctuary. The venue is on your right, opposite Westminster Abbey.
There are several tube stops near the venue. Plan your journey and buy tickets on the TfL website.
Westminster Station (0.1 miles) Step-free station
On the Circle, District and Jubilee lines. Leave the station via Exit 6 and head through the tunnel towards Parliament Square. You will reach street level on Whitehall. Turn left into Parliament Square, cross the road and then turn right into Broad Sanctuary. The QEII Centre is on your right, directly opposite Westminster Abbey.
St James Park Station (0.1 miles)
On the Circle and District lines. Take the Broadway exit from the tube station and walk straight down Tothill Street. At the end of this street turn left and the QEII Centre will be directly in front of you.
Victoria Station (0.7 miles)
On the Circle, District and Victoria lines. Exit the front of the station, turn right and walk down Victoria Street. At the end of Victoria Street is Broad Sanctuary, and the QEII Centre is on the left, opposite Westminster Abbey.
Buses 11, 24, 53, 77a and 88 all stop at Parliament Square. The venue is just to the west of the square, directly opposite Westminster Abbey. To plan your bus route, use the TfL journey planner.
There are many cycle routes across Greater London. You can order a free cycle guide on the TfL website or use their Journey Planner to plan your route.
The venue is around 45 minutes to an hour away from any of London’s airports by public transport.
Heathrow Airport (1 hour) – Take the tube to Green Park on the Piccadilly Line. Change to the Jubilee Line and stop at Westminster. Alternatively take the Heathrow Express to Paddington, and then take the Circle Line tube to Westminster.
Gatwick Airport (45 minutes) – Take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Railway Station. The QEII Centre is a 15-minute walk from Victoria via Victoria Street.
Stansted Airport (1 hour) – Take the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street and then take the Circle Line tube to Westminster tube station.
London City Airport (45 minutes) – Take the Jubilee Line from the airport to Westminster tube station.
We don’t recommend you travel to the venue by car, as it’s within the congestion charging zone. It’s much quicker and easier to travel to The QEII Centre using public transport.
